Legal Information
Social Climbing is the trading name used by a group of three UK limited companies that together operate three indoor bouldering gyms in the Midlands. Each gym is operated by a separate company:
- Social Climbing Leicester is operated by Recreational Fitness Limited, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 10727084). Registered office: 24–28 East Bond Street, Leicester, LE1 4SX.
- Social Climbing Coventry is operated by Prior Walls Limited, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 09633178). Registered office: Cash's Business Centre, 1st Floor, 228 Widdrington Road, Coventry, West Midlands, CV1 4PB.
- Social Climbing Solihull is operated by Flash Climbing Centre Limited, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 11240600). Registered office: Flash Climbing Centre, Vulcan Road, Solihull, B91 2JY.
The three companies are part of the same group, with Prior Management Holdings Ltd as the holding company (company number 16366079).
